How far are you from the airport?
About 5 minutes by car from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF).
Do you offer airport pick-up?
Yes, by advance request and at an additional charge, from US$20 per couple. It is not complimentary. Share your flight time in advance on WhatsApp.
How much does a room cost?
Rates start from EC$150 (about US$56) per night. We have three rates: Basic EC$150 (room only, two rooms), Standard from EC$165 (light breakfast kit included) and Advanced from EC$200 (with breakfast kit, wine and a slice of cake). Your exact price is shown when you book direct or on Airbnb.
Is breakfast included?
Basic is room only. Standard includes a light breakfast kit. Advanced includes a breakfast kit, wine and a slice of cake. Additional breakfast is available on request from US$15.
How does check-in work?
Staff will welcome you and hand over your key; if you arrive after hours, your key is left in a secure location and details are sent ahead. Some rooms offer self check-in.
Do you have a day room?
Yes. A day room is EC$150 (approx. US$56 · £42), from 9am to 4pm. Ideal between flights.
Is visiting the garden free?
Yes, visiting the garden is free. Message us on WhatsApp before you come.
Can I store luggage or check in early?
Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals and late departures (listed for the Cozy Private Stay); ask us about other rooms.
Do I need ID?
Guests are asked to provide name and ID on arrival.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Hewanorra Gardens is a smoke-free property, and illegal substances are not permitted.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking on premises (and free street parking).
Do you offer long-stay or group rates?
Yes, group rates and long-stay discounts are available, and stays of 28+ nights are allowed in some rooms. Rates start from EC$150 per night; ask us about group and long-stay pricing.
Should I book direct or on Airbnb?
Either works. Booking direct uses our secure Hospitable booking system. We're also an Airbnb Superhost.
